AdvantageAI Affiliate Program Policy

Introduction

Welcome to the AdvantageAI Affiliate Program. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read this policy carefully before you start promoting our products/services.

1. Eligibility

To join our affiliate program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid and active website, blog, social media account, or other online platform.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

Promote our products/services in a positive and ethical manner.
Use only approved marketing materials and links provided by AdvantageAI.
Not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices, including but not limited to spamming, false advertising, or using unauthorized content.
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with AdvantageAI in all promotional materials.

3. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

Bidding on AdvantageAI's trademarks or any variation of our brand names in pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
Using cookie stuffing techniques or similar methods to artificially increase commissions.
Creating websites, social media profiles, or any online content that mimic AdvantageAI or mislead customers into believing they are interacting with AdvantageAI.
Engaging in any activity that may harm AdvantageAI's reputation or brand.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a 20% monthly commission on all qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links until the subscriber cancels.
Commissions are paid net-15 (15 days after the end of the month) via PayPal with no minimum payout threshold.
AdvantageAI reserves the right to modify the commission structure at any time, with prior notice to affiliates.

5. Tracking and Reporting

Affiliate sales and commissions are tracked using our robust tracking system.
Affiliates can access their performance reports and commission statements through the affiliate dashboard.
The cookie life for tracking affiliate referrals is 90 days.

6. Termination

AdvantageAI reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of this policy or any conduct deemed harmful to the company.
Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying AdvantageAI in writing.

7. Modifications

AdvantageAI reserves the right to modify or update this affiliate policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
Continued participation in the affiliate program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
